Mother nature, you’re a funny one indeed! Naturally, on the first day of spring I had planned to post some beautiful floral imagery. If you’re in the state of Maryland and looking outside you know why the images below are making an appearance instead. SNOW!?
These few snapshots are from a little weekend getaway my husband and I took to visit some family in the great state of New Hampshire. Its a very special place to us! My husband’s family always greets us with the warmest hug. They run an incredible farm, Almost There Farm, that they have built from the ground up. Horses, chickens, ducks, pups, horses, horses, did I say horses? The hard work and love they put into the farm is truly admirable. My husband’s cousin, Jack, took me on a mini tour during one of the many snowfalls this winter. I snapped as many shots as I could before my fingers literally froze. Major props to those of you who photograph regularly in colder parts of the world! They must make special gloves with mini hand warmers just for photographers. If not, patent pending!
That looks like a photographer’s dream!! Love all the animal friends 🙂
Maryland’s weather sure is a funny thing isn’t it? Perfect imagery for a day like today!
